The Sunripe processing plant is located in Candelaria Quezon province in Southern Luzon Philippines. The company chose this area because of the all year round availability of superior quality coconuts which are ideal for desiccated coconut manufacturing.

The company's modernized plants are both equipped with the most modern food blanchers. These equipments utilize the most advanced technology in food heat treatment.

Likewise, the company plant also uses the latest hygienic processing systems to help ensure that its products meet the rigid standards of its discriminating customers abroad.

The company also uses custom-built power grinders designed specifically to shred coconut meat according to customer specifications and applications. The conveying systems are all made of high grade stainless steel for hygienic delivery of fresh coconut from the nut storage bins to the processing areas. The processing areas are kept well-screened from insects and dusts.

And to ensure and maintain its high standard for quality, the company has quality control laboratory facilities which are fully equipped to do complete and accurate micro-biological and physico-chemical analysis for all of its desiccated coconut produce.
