SUNRIPE desiccated coconut products come only from the prime selected variety of coconuts. They are processed and packed hygienically under the most modern manufacturing facilities of SUNRIPE Coconut Products Inc.

SUNRIPE desiccated coconut products are available in granulated cut (extra fine, macaroon and medium) and shredded or special cut of varying sizes and shred lengths as specified by its customers.

The granulated cut is used in various end products like cakes, pies, pastries, cookies, candies, bars, desserts and pudding preparations. It is classified into three (3) finest quality grades which are as follows:

1. Macaroon
   
2. Medium
   
3. Extra Fine
   

The special cut is used mainly for specialty confectionery, dessert and pastries, vegetable salads, meat and soups.  It is also ideal as appetizers and snack food when sweetened and toasted with additional flavor.  The special cuts of SUNRIPE desiccated coconut is classified into various shapes and configuration of cuts:
